Mark 12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
We believe that love is not a feeling but an action. The word "Pursue" speaks of movement and a purpose. It is the action of the journey with God that we truly receive the revelation of who He is and what we were created for. We believe that the cross of Christ is not where our life ends but where it begins. The pursuit of God is a life of constant hunger for relationship with or creator. It comes from a belief that we meet God at salvation but our life become about eternal relationship. To pursue God is to understand that your life is no longer only about you, but that you were made to partner with God to reach the world.
Matt. 10:39 Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
It is in the pursuit of God not life that our options change. We have realized that true faith is not what you believe but whom you believe in.
